Today I'm grateful
bleu cheese martini

Cheese & Booze?   I don’t think my heart can take it.

3 ounces of freezing Grey Goose vodka.

3 olives stuffed with crumbled bleu cheese.

1 toothpick that makes your heart pitter-patter. This site has a bunch

This martini is so simple, a monkey can make it, or a really drunk girl, so plan on having at least two.

Gently spear three olives, pop one in your mouth and place the other two in your chilled martini glass. Fill your chilled shaker with ice, add the vodka and let them get to know each other for about a minute. Shake things up until you burn 30 calories (about 60 seconds) and strain the cocktail into your glass to keep the olives company. Slip into your favorite jammies and sip all of your cares away.

Forget about rainbows and unicorns, I’m grateful for double martinis, single men and pretty much anything covered in chocolate or cheese. This gratitude journal is anonymous because the stuff that tends to fall out of my head and land on the page makes HR departments cringe -- and guys lose my number.
